Functions

The West Dubbo Bowling Club provides quality Conference and Function Facilities. For more information on our conference options, please visit our Conferences page.

In additional to our conference facilties we can cater for all types of functions including Weddings, Birthdays or Reunions. We provide both set menu and buffet selection options. For details, please see our Function Menu

We also have a Wake Menu available

Prices: The prices and menus shown are valid until 1st January each year
Children under 12 years $12-00 Includes GST. Ask the Chef for his suggestions.
Please contact the Club late December for revised menu.

Surcharges: A Surcharge of $2-00 per head (includes GST) is applicable for functions held on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Deposit: A deposit of $200-00 (includes GST) is required within 2 weeks of your tentative booking to confirm the date. Once this confirmation is received the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Minimum Number of People for all Functions: 40 People

Confirmation of Numbers and Menu: Final numbers are required 7 days prior to function date. Numbers may increase after this date, but not decrease as this is the amount to be paid for.Should extra guests be fed you will be required to pay the difference after your function. Menu details are required at least 1 month prior to the date.

We reserve the right to divide the rooms to accommodate another function, in the event of smaller functions. Bookings for 180 people or more ensures that the whole function area is for your use.

Liquor and Wines: For advice on prices for liquor and wines please see Mr. Rodney Firth - Secretary Manager of Club. If you have any special wine requests we can make arrangements to order them for you.
